I really enjoy attending Scout Pilates. The St Peters studios are beautiful and just the right size. I felt welcome on my first visit and was comfortable to go at my own pace in the classes. The instructors do a brilliant job of providing different variations for all skill levels. The reformer classes are challenging, but in the best way. The different class offerings mean you can choose whether you want to have a sweaty motivated session or a relaxing meditative session. I will definitely continue attending Scout.

I just took my second barre class with Liz, and it was amazing! She has great energy and makes everything feel fun while still pushing you to your limits. The class had the perfect mix of strength, flexibility, and balance, with smooth transitions and upbeat music to keep things moving. Liz offered clear instructions and modifications for all levels. By the end, I was definitely feeling the burn, but also totally energized and stretched. Highly recommend Liz’s class if you're looking for a fun, full-body workout!

We have been going to scout for a few months now as they had the best offering of classes for mums with babies. Every instructor has been amazing with both postpartum recovery and helping to adapt exercises to be done with baby in arms. The studio is also stunning!

We tried the new Redfern studio today and are exciting to continue there.

I love Scout. It’s my home away from home. The classes are inclusive and fun, while giving me the conditioning and strengthening that I need.

I’m not a natural exerciser but I so enjoy coming to this beautiful space with a warm welcome and expert Pilates instruction.

I am brand new to the world of reformer pilates and my class with Liz was the perfect place to start. Welcoming and friendly, Liz gave me a quick tour of the studio as I arrived early, which I really appreciated. The class itself was challenging in the best of ways, leaving me feeling like I had come away with the workout I was hoping for. Liz was attentive, encouraging and explained how to do everything in a clear and concise manner, always checking in and offering adjustments when and where needed. She had a great playlist too!
Thank you again, Liz, you are a gem! I look forward to the next class.

And a general note, the facilities at Redfern are great! Bright and spacious with a well thought out and inviting layout.

So happy to have joined Scout! So many wonderful instructors - Jane, Vee, Katie, Mandy...the list goes on! A very welcoming studio and always feel I am supported in trying new things and challenging myself. The decor and the beautiful scent of Hunter Candles cannot be beaten. The cute merch doesn't hurt either!!

The place smells amazing like a spa! Love the aesthetics. Alot natural lighting. I look forward to my classes cause it feels like not only im getting a good workout but my senses feels relaxed too! Bruna was great for reformer! Always good vibes from the front staff when checking in.
Only downside is finding parking in the area.
