RUDE and ARROGANT after sales care and advise! We called for advise on a scooter we purchased no less than 2 years ago as one of the batteries were flat. The lady that answered the phone said arrogantly "WHAT DO YOU WANT" when I prompted that we had a battery issue. She then decided to put a male on who explained "There's nothing we can do, those batteries are $1,000 each" when as a result I ended up getting I got 2 batteries from Grafton Battery world for not even $500 each !!! Ballina mobility scooters couldn't even OR did not even offer any sort or and kind of advise as to how to or what to remedy the battery issue. It was made clear that they did not wanto deal with AFTER CARE SERVICE !! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL 😡

I was so impressed with the customer service I received at Scooters and Mobility. Nathan and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother was satisfied with her new adjustable bed, and other aides that she required. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great buying experience with fantastic after sales service.

Had a great experience purchasing my mobility scooter thanks to Criag, Nathan & Adam (owner). They were fantastic in helping me choose the right one for me. Excellent service. Adam went out of his way over the Xmas new year period to help us out. It meant our son could be more mobile after breaking his ankle on holidays. Would definitely recommend this service.

I purchased a Mobility scooter from Adam and I am very happy with the service and the way I have been treated by all the staff. I had to take the mobility scooter back to have the batteries replaced. It was done with a “nothing was a problem” attitude. Highly recommend Ballina Scooters and Mobility.

Amazing! We were not booked in but they could see we were in trouble( seat had come loose ) so Adam reversed the car, trailer with mobility scooter.
Promptly, replaced bolts in seat.
Properly, this time!
10 mins later, we were on our way.
