I’m visiting my dad who has dementia and in care here; I haven’t seen him for years as I live overseas and due to covid I haven’t been able to come home to Australia to see him. The staff here have been amazing and really great. Special mention to the staff in Vivaldi house for taking great care of my dad.

Thank you for the warm welcome for my mum and myself. My mum feels at home Sue Hope was amazing and the staff. Sister Jade made mum laugh with her jokes speaking our dialects Bisaya it was great. Food and the place are clean. Environment is safe.

Clean facility and manicured grounds but look beneath the facade at the management and staff issues. Lack of proper training and follow through. Severe shortage of caring experienced staff especially at vital night time shifts when no management is around. Spiritual assistance and other social programmes are a key standout. Overall a good facility but important issues to deal with and do better for our frail aged and vulnerable.Food is exceptional but this is not the most important factor for care.

Beautiful nursing home. Full of Italians but my aussie grandparents who have been married 60years really love it here. The staff are very welcoming.
