Popped in the store this morning as was waiting for the bird shop next door to open. I cannot believe how rude and loud the older Aussie woman that volunteer there were to the foreign customers. They basically told them off for not putting things back where they got them from etc etc.

Tell me why this store closes 30 minutes early and when I go to get a refund they won’t let you get a refund they only let you replace it for clothes that all equal to the same price.

Followed google map to go to this address, it is a waste of time. Google map lead me to Aldi!

The following review is for Salvos Fairfield close to Fairfield train station.

Prices are still high especially for old China plates.

There are lots of stainless steel cutlery. Homeware section is pretty messy. There isn't much room to walk comfortably.

Has lots of baby/children's clothes for both boys and girls. Great prices $1:50-$3:50 (babies). Staff were friendly and efficient. Will be returning and would recommend.

Just been in this store now as I found the Dvds overpriced between $4 to $10 each where other Salvos stores such as Minchinbury, Lidcombe, Seven Hills, Riverwood sell them for $2.00 each. Books were a bit overpriced as well. The furniture stock was reasonable and had no records for sale.
In my opinion they need to relocate to a larger store possibly out of the Fairfield CBD area. Smithfield or Wetherill Park would be suitable. Haven't been in this store for a long while and won't be back anytime soon.

All these people giving it bad reviews, cause they can't get what they want or say there's not that much people buying stuff. This is for people who can't afford new clothes or items go shop somewhere else then, I personally think that this place is haven for people like me and many people who can't afford new clothes cause now if you go into a everyday clothing store it's 30 to 50 dollars, here you can get it for cheaper.
