Much larger store than I expected! Huge range of clothing, boots, equipment, safety gear etc and helpful staff. Worth a visit

Terrible customer service. My husband bought a pair of boots from these guys. Stressed the importance of needing a tough work boot that would last and explained his type of work. The salesman showed him a few 'good quality' work boots and my husband ended up getting one of the suggested brands. Well unfortunately they only lasted about 6 months! He went back to the store to see what they could do, but he was brushed off and told the manager would contact him. The manager never contacted him so he went back to the store, he was brushed off again and told that 6 months was normal wear and tear for a work boot. He's had plenty of boots in the past that always made it to the 12 month mark and beyond! so we knew this wasn't true and felt like they sold him a dud pair. He wasn't asking for a free pair of boots, but it would have been nice if they showed a little interest, maybe trying to offer to repair them or even a little discount on his next pair. They didn't want a bar of him so he went back to a different store to purchase a new pair where he receivedexcellent customer service. We've given these guys plenty of business since they have opened at South Nowra, very disappointed in the lack of help and service we received! Won't be back!
