I did my RSA and RCG with Geoff and would 100% recommend. It was a good course, and Geoff ensured we were all competent, alongside doing so in a concise and swift manner that suited the class. He even got everyone in the class to get out of their shell to ask questions and respond to questions as well.

Ive had my white card course cancelled a day before 3 times due to “trainer availability”. Did my advanced RCG with no problem but cant seem to get into this class.

I attended the Barista Coffee Course at Short Courses Australia in Parramatta to gain new skills and knowledge about coffee making and perhaps apply it to my future coffee business. We had Damon who was an awesome teacher. He delivered pround mastery with coffee and made the whole course fun and enjoyable. It was tricky learning at first because of the limited time we had but rest assured practicing what we learned would definitely help in our future endeavours.

Did my RCG course today. The man who was the instructor was very rude to non English background speakers. He was very impatient and if you make any noise he would yell at you. There was one lady who came from a non English background and needed help with the question. He yelled at her saying she can't ask anyone or he will fail her. Never in my life encounter someone so unhelpful at a course. I don't recommend anyone if you are not from an English background. Save yourself from abuse.

The teacher was awesome, always clear when explaining and also fun. Any time someone had doubts or questions he was ready to help and always straight forward with answers. He also gave great tips on how to find a job in hospitality!

Did this on zoom. The coursework itself was fine. Would be giving five stars if the instructor - Graham - hadn’t been so rude to the rest of the class. He was uncomfortably nice to me and the one other caucasian student and unforgivably rude to every other BIPOC student - especially if English wasn’t their first language. Absolutely unnecessary on his part, we had plenty of time to do the course (we finished almost 3 hours early) so I don’t understand why he was so impatient. He then had the audacity to ask us to review him so he could ‘keep his job’.

It's an efficient course that teaches you what you need to know. Its a lot of information at once, but if the instructor is good its not too bad. I think the instructor we had during our course did a good job at making the course interesting for us. I think it all depends a lot on the instructor. However I do have to notice that some of the students struggled to find the zoom link and to manage the google class room at first. There should be a more informal email sent out about the process on further notice.
