Incredibly dissapointed with this service. I was booked into a course which was cancelled 2 days before it was due to run, I then called 3 times to follow up and enroll for a different date, each time I was ensured I would be contacted but heard nothing for weeks. Then when I finally did get enrolled into the next course, they cancelled it 2 days prior again! This course is a condition of my employment and I am now not qualified to do my job. To top it off, each time I expressed my dissapointment, I received rude and defensive responses. Strongly advise against utilizing this service where possible.

Excellent management team. Very hands-on, down-to-earth and vibrant management team. Generously sharing their expertise and knowledge with the attendee at an info session about water safety. Truly enjoy the experience and highly recommended!

My experience with Royal Life was and has been excellant There teachers are very professional in the way they teach and present themselves to children and there families the importance about learning to swim and to save there life and also other lives as well Every child & adult should know how to swim as we in S.A. have seen many lives lost.
This is what Royal Life is about to teach everyone these skills and the importance of knowing how to SWIM

Disappointed :((((((

The Customer service is negative. Sent a cancellation course email on friday , no reply till the next tuesday and went to the office to check it . Well, The front desk lady said she has no time to make a reply as receives millions emails everyday. :((((((((((( Wow . Super busy place
