I've watched this business since it replaced the last (excellent) owner. Extremely disappointed. I've asked the owner to get magazines in and was told they weren't available, which is a lie and pure laziness. What magazines are on the shelves are out of date. Coles next door does a better job. There's almost nothing useful in there. Went in today for 2 stamps and they don't even sell them. Their whole business seems to be selling Lotto. Point being, don't bother going in there.

Went to check my lotto at 5:50 the woman in the shop said they were closed checked the sign that shows business hours, it showed it closed at 6 pointed it out she said "oh that's an old sign" so I said don't worry I'll go to another newsagent told her twice then she says how much you want to buy lotto. Another time before I went in there she was on her phone with speaker on talking loudly in another language when I approached the counter she didn't say hello or how can I help you, poor customer service I live in the area but will be going to another newsagent

Useless News agency. Girl who is working not nice to the customers. Always in their phone. They lost my parcel came from overseas. Such a careless place. Even they are not care fix the phone line which was not working for few days. is this the way new agency should work?

Horrible. Dont ever try to buy mobile credit or top up your opal card here. I ordered $30 credit and $10 on my opal card and the guy (couldn’t understand english) put $20 on my opal card and nothing else. I told him he messed it up but didn’t try to fix it. Just go to coles next door.

Very friendly and helpful owner who has been here for 2 years or so. Bad reviews are about previous owner or staff from years ago. These reviews should be removed as no longer relevant and shows upon this current owner.
