Amazing facility. Everything seemed in excellent condition. Staff were very helpful. Only difficult thing was that children under 12 are not allowed in the kitchen and food storage area which is tricky when you're they're alone with a young child. There's a glassed in child play area right near by but my little one wanted to be close to me.

Enjoyed the experience while we volunteered to cook dinner for the guests in the house. Amazing initiative and goal to support community in need. Recommend this as a corporate volunteering event - very fulfilling and well organised

The organisation is world's best and the people that service it are heaven sent. In our darkest hours they gave us a sanctuary to escape the hardest of times even just for a moment. The most beautiful people and facility we could have asked for.

Thank you RMH we are grateful for everything this house has done and could not have asked for a better place , always thinking of families , the only ay every one greets with a smile after all the hospital every day visit when we return to the house we were always greeted with smiles . Excellent staff , excellent place to be away from home with 1 less stress .. keep all the families safe even at the time of covid always very considerate about the health and hygiene very well maintained at Westmed RHM

What a fantastic place. Humbling to be able to help families going through incredible challenges. Impossible to imagine how hard it would be to have a sick kiddie. Ronald McDonald House can at least provide great accommodation to relieve some of the stress. And the staff are wonderful, too.

Awesome place. Clean, fresh, and comfortable. The staff are amazing. Its exactly what you need when staying there with a sick child. Nothing is too much trouble and has the best facilities.
