I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to any one I care about.

The lady working for the waiting list/enrolment side of things over the phone was great - sometimes took a while to get back to you. When handed over to the daycare admin, communication was horrible. I was having to call them to organise things and quickly fit an orientation day in for my child before she started. Excuses were the emails and voicemails got lost. This made the transition process so much harder and stressful for both me and my child.

Their first day, I dropped them off and picked them up without ANY educators talking to me. On my way out I had to seek one to let me know how their day went. This continued throughout their time there.

There was one educator who was absolutely so caring and great with my child, the rest.. acted like high school students towards the children and were very inappropriate in my eyes.

My child was bitten several times and came home with a bruised cheek bone, nothing was said and when approached I got an “oh” and that was it. Several times I picked them up and they had big gashes out of their foot and them limping without any notice from because they don’t need to wear shoes there outside there, and it’s not the tidiest playground! I did like they could get more dirty and were more nature focused though!

I pulled them out after a month or so and she returned to their prior school further away.

We loved our time here. Beautifully run service with caring educators with experienced managers. A perfect start to my child’s early learning journey. Highly recommended.

Two kids over a total of about 3-4 years at this centre. Never had an issue that wasn't rectified. Kids were always happy to go and came home smiling. Staff are easy going and communicate well.

After a recent move in location I've realised just how good this centre is!

Would not recommend! Cold environment, hardly ever get greeted at the door by anyone, any concerns are always met at a busy time, always a meeting of some description, can’t respond to emails within a timely manner, my fees stopped being direct debited and they couldn’t even work out why, and I had to chase them up about it multiple times, they didn’t even have the decency to follow it up and call me back! Have now pulled my child out after him being so worked up to attend that he made himself sick!

looks nice but thats about it. our child would come home telling us how they were told how bad they were. and cry saying they didn't want to go back. they seemed miserable at pick up time. severely understaffed for the amount of kids there are, which leaves them unsupervised. once when i picked him up he was soaked and the carers told me that when the thunder storm came and they all ran inside it took them a while to notice that our son was hiding outside in a bush. he caught a cold. kids aloud to stay the day when sick so always bringing sickness home.

I absolutely love Angel Zoo, being an education for 11 years I was VERY picky where I sent my own children, Angel zoo has not let me down, they are so supportive, friendly, and they really care about the children. I waited for almost 2 years on the wait list and I am not disappointed! My kids absolutely love their educators, and have made so many friends! Couldn’t recommend a better school if I tried 🙏
