I came to Petra over 5 years ago trying to rebuild my confidence after a traumatic fall. I’m autistic and am very anxious. Petra just knew how to teach me, she was friendly and so confident in her knowledge. She broke everything down and explained where, why and how technique works. She made me thoroughly fall in love with sidesaddle and made me a far better rider astride. I’ve since gotten my own horse and am working towards getting my own sidesaddle and strengthening my horse up. Petra is always happy to answer questions or help me find leads on gear I may be needed. She goes above and beyond for her students.

When I returned back to riding after a nearly 20 year break, I went straight to Petra for lessons. She was patient, and incredibly clear with her instructions. She is extremely knowledgeable and focuses completely on you during the lesson, and is able to help explain things in a way that you will learn and improve your riding.

I highly recommend Petra for her honesty, integrity, amazing care she takes of her horses and her teaching abilities.
