Sonya was an excellent instructor - engaging, positive and comprehensive. Our team have completed several training sessions with her covering First Aid, CPR, and Fire Safety/ Warden, and after each course felt very satisfied with the knowledge gained. Also, there was sufficient time provided for “hands on” experience, which leaves you confident in your abilities to be able to handle situations, after the training.

Knowing Sonya also works as a Community First Responder and Firefighter, and the real life scenarios she includes in her training, makes the sessions enjoyable and easy to follow.
