Great campaign resulting in fantastic result. From the moment I signed Melissa Williams to a 4 week auction campaign I knew I had chosen the right person. Melissa was always available to answer the smallest questions and nothing was too much trouble. The marketing campaign was brilliant. This was evident by the great response to the open homes, which were held on Saturdays and Wednesdays. After the open homes Melissa followed up with those who attended. Both positive and negative comments were discussed with me and if there was any improvements that we could make then they were instigated.
Melissa is very friendly and I never felt pressured in anyway. I was asked my opinion. I wasn’t told what to do and that I found very refreshing.
The day of the auction Melissa’s team were here to assist. They were very friendly and professional. We had a great result on the day selling the house for $130,000 over the reserve price.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Melissa to anybody. Her knowledge of the area and her communication skills were excellent. We met before and after every open home. The reports that were sent to me after each open home were invaluable.
Melissa worked with me to sell my home and I cannot thank her enough.

My experiences with Robert Riddell have been very positive. He's been managing my investment property for a year now, he made the process so easy for me to handle. When I was onboarded he was very good at communicating my options, and after getting the tenant sorted communication remained great.
For example, of all things someone stole the storage unit - Rob kept me informed, and prompted me for approval before each decision point. I can recommend him as a property manager.

This rental team in this agency has a proclivity for avoiding emails and phone calls.

This Robert Riddle and Tayla Irvine were my property managers. They are very unprofessional and incredibly rude. Especially Robert.

When I picked up the keys and did the condition report I noted that the property was covered in dog fur, spider webs, mould and was also. Showing signs of pest activity. The property also had a broken window. The back decking was damaged, nails sticking out of it and also had broken and rotten wood. A couple of the kitchen cabinets had clear signs of water damage and mould, the cupboard doors were broken and a general unclean state.

I brought all of this to Robert's attention with no response. Roberts response was "what do you expect from a old property. This set the tone with how Robert would handle anything to do with the property. The window did get eventually get replaced, but only after I made a complaint to fair trading NSW.

Over time the stove top in the kitchen started to look worse for wear and had also rusted through in some areas. I also bought this to Robert's attention only for it to be ignored for months. I had to replace it myself as it was a danger to use. It took them over two years to reimburse me. It was only after the property went on the market for sale. However it was Melissa a person from the sales team that organised it for me. (Melissa gets 5 stars)

In this time I was switched to Tayla as the property manager. One of the first things she did was issue me a water bill that got missed from back in January when Robert was the property manager. I did not receive any correspondence from either Robert or Tayla stating that there was a change in who would now be managing the property.

A couple of weeks ago a direct debit was taken out of my account when it shouldn't have been due to the lease ending. I brought this to Tayla's attention the day after. She ask for my details so it could be refunded back into my account. She said it would be done as soon as possible. We are now 12 days since I bought this to her attention and it still has not be refunded. I sent an email asking about it on Monday the 14/10, her response was that it will be in my account on Wednesday the 16/10. I have sent an email every day enquiring about only to receive no response but I did receive a water bill via email yesterday.

When I returned the keys on Thursday, I informed Tayla to let me know when the final inspection would be done, she told me it would be carried out on Friday. I sent her an email on Friday morning asking about the final inspection. This email also received no response. I phoned the real estate office on Saturday to enquire about it only to be told it has already been done.

This is really poor considering she works for a company called "Response" real estate and yet just like Robert, she refuses to respond.

I suggest they should change the name of the agency to "NO Response" as that is what you will get. The lack of communication was disgusting.
