We had a Function of around 265 people and it was fantastic experience. The management and the team is very supportive professionals and experienced. The Aircon was working good. The security guards were attentive. The stage and some table settings of flowers were outsourced. Highly recommended place.

Last night we hosted our daughter’s engagement at the Onyx Room in the Renaissance, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we started planning the event, Sid, was beyond exceptional. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference.

The Onyx Room itself was stunning, elegant, spacious, and versatile, providing the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion. The lighting, decor options, and overall ambiance created a magical atmosphere that left all our guests in awe. The staff on the day were equally impressive—attentive, courteous, and efficient in every aspect.

Jason the floor managers leadership skills were evident throughout the night. He was always approachable and patient, making sure every request was met with a solution. He also went above and beyond to ensure that every detail from the table settings to the timing of the evening ran smoothly. Thanks to him and his amazing team, we were able to enjoy the night without a single worry.

I cannot recommend Sid, Jason and the Renaissance’s Onyx Room enough for any special event. It was truly a 5-star experience, and I’ll forever be grateful for the memories created there.

We booked the Onyx Room for our community Mother’s Day event and were very impressed. The room was decorated very beautifully. The service was great and food was delicious and fresh. The floor manager Jason was very polite and helpful with his assistance. I highly recommend this function centre for all occasions. We have already booked for another event in the near future

It has to be the worst wedding experience I have ever had at the piano room today the 17th there was a manager and two middle-aged woman working there. They were very rude and arrogant the way they were serving us. The food look like they were doing it by force. It’s like they didn’t want to be there. The food was not the best of quality for the price that they charge. The manager really needs to have a big look at himself if he’s suitable for the position he’s in and for the waitresses you’re employed as a waitress not as The owner of the venue so do your job that you employed to do if I could give you zero stars, I would do not recommend this place highly not

Where do I start, absolutely stunning venue throughout the entrance going into the venue, the place looked elegant, with lovely lighting and spacious dinning seating arrangements. All our food was served hot, very tasty and a generous portion of food on each dish. My children were overwhelmed as The Renaissance exceeded our expectations,. We would sincerely like to thank Ray for his exceptional management and co-ordination of the night, Sid and Mary for their pre-organizing arrangements for the evening.
Overall would highly recommend The Renaissance to all family & friends as we had a 5 star experience.

Beautiful lavish event spaces. Sid, the owner, is amazing to talk to and gives clear details and information if booking an event. Food was tasty, reasonably sized and varied. 700 capacity halls which is fantastic. Some underground parking available but plenty of outdoor parking. The hall is maintained extremely well, cannot fault is cleanliness, including toilets, entryways and extra rooms.
From what I understand, the packages are very reasonably priced.

Absolutely the best venue to celebrate with your loved ones. Food is extraordinary, and the owner is very friendly, always on sites to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Had my baby girl christening celebration there. 10/10
