As a business committed to professionalism and high standards in real estate, we were extremely disappointed by our recent experience with the REINSW training program. A staff member attempted to complete training through their platform, only to encounter some of the worst customer support we have ever experienced.

The lack of basic professionalism was evident from the start, with the assigned trainer, Eva, unable to correctly pronounce or read our staff member’s name—a fundamental courtesy in any educational setting. Additionally, the training process itself was riddled with concerning issues, including incomplete contracts for assessments. Shockingly, our employee was instructed to fabricate vendor details for the front page and the title search, which is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Furthermore, the handling of refunds and support inquiries has been nothing short of frustrating, with a lack of transparency and accountability from REINSW. Such practices reflect poorly on an organization that is supposed to uphold industry standards.

Based on this experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend REINSW for training or professional development. Their approach falls far short of the level of service and integrity expected within the real estate industry.

REINSW has been a great help in my training to become a real-estate agent. My Learner support officer Juliana has been incredibly responsive to any request I make, and my trainer and assessor Janet has been a great help in Guiding me through the course work. Although i do prefer face to face learning, REINSW has still provided me with a positive learning experience thus far. Thankyou 🙂

I receive daily emails from REI. I’ve tried to unsubscribe several times. I’ve called their office twice to remove me from their mailing list but I still receive emails daily. It’s absolutely infuriating. When I was completing my Certificate they were just as useless.
