I had a positive experience at this childcare centre a few years ago with my first child, but unfortunately, since the management and director have changed, the quality has declined significantly. The staff's behaviour has been disappointing and quite rude.

The new centre manager is unprofessional and often dismissive and rude. Whenever I tried to discuss my child's allergies and skin condition, she told me it wasn't her responsibility and suggested I speak with the other educators if I was concerned. If she is too busy managing her personal life, she should address that before managing a centre. My previous interactions with former managers were never like this.

Many residents have multiple complaints. Rachelle has been caught VANDALISING on multiple cars.
Very rude when we asked why, and got kicked out of the premises. Don’t waste your time here staff are shocking.

My daughter started childcare here at 7 months old. Being a first time mom, to say that I was stressed about leaving my baby at childcare at such a young age will be an understatement. But the ladies at Reggio were so patient with my queries and phone calls always. They are passionate and caring and treat us like family. My daughter is now 11 months old and I feel like they are able to care for her better than me at times. If any day she doesn’t have a good night and they see I am anxious, they would ring me even when baby is doing well just to calm my nerves.
I chose Reggio because it’s a stone throw from where I live and pick-ups and drop-offs will be easier before and after work, and everyday I am happy that I took the chance. Some of the reviews here made me second guess before sending my child here, but I am glad I didn’t take heed. The educators and managers are lovely. Never incurred a dollar extra charge (unlike claimed in a review). And very happy with their activities, naps and feeds Alhamdulliah. Love this place which my bub can call second home. Shout out to the Sunshine Room and the Centre Manager.

An amazing center with well educated educators and teachers. Love the philosophy and how the educational curriculum is created based on the children's interests and ideas. Reggio Pagewood have developed great relationships with their community and families, and also have a fantastic school readiness program in place.

I highly recommend this service to all families that are looking for care. They are very nurturing and caring and work with families to create a smooth transition for their children.

The staff treat you like a valued family member from the minute you and your child start at the centre. I have nothing but positive things to say about the educators and their leaders.
My child has been thriving at this centre for the past year and I am very happy with the ongoing centre's activities and positive influence the educators have had on my child. He actually is excited to see his teachers each day.

Reggio Emilia Pagewood is a amazing daycare, clean, well organised and very trustworthy. Ulani is very attentive and caring towards the kids. It was my 2 year old daughters first time being away from mum and Ulani went above and beyond to help my daughter settle in. I would definitely recomed this daycare to any parent, i always picked my daughter up with a big smile on her face !
