The teachers are amazing, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I was trying to resolve a billing issue and called multiple times, on both the weekends and weekdays, across various different times of the day (including between the morning and evening class times) but no one picked up. Even when sending an email, it took 4 days to respond, and by that point it was too late.

I understand that the teachers are busy teaching, but if they're also in charge of the customer service, they should have enough time in the middle chunk of the day between morning and evening classes to respond to emails and calls. Either that or the customer service team really needs to be better on top of things - not picking up calls and taking 4 days to respond to an email is not acceptable.

I had my first class at the Wentworth Point Studio with Linda. I just wanted to share that she was absolutely amazing! I was initially extremely nervous and came in a little earlier to prep myself but after walking into the studio my nerves instantly disappeared with how genuine and welcoming the ladies were and with Linda’s positive vibes. Definitely coming back and would recommend ladies to join! Thanks again Linda for being a beautiful soul and making me feel welcomed and supported. It really meant a lot to me, I came in with zero confidence and ended up leaving with confidence. Thank you!

THEY ARE KILLING IT!

I have been a regular to this studio and about to reach 100 class mark soon! Must say that ReformX Pilates have really amazing trainers, the transformation in my personality is very evidently visible, it has not only toned my body but has given me better mental health.
I had tried 2 Pilate studios before joining here and my experience was quite not good and I ended up leaving even the paid classes.

Keep up you guys, you are not only targeting physical fitness but mental fitness too. I am addicted to you!

Emma is hands down the most thorough and fun instructor you could get. She makes you wanting to come back for more! And then there’s Jess who makes you work for it but provides you with a consistent all round workout. Fatima will keep you entertained with a fun and fabulous workout for your Sunday! And then there’s Lauren who is energetic and will provide you with a full body workout. Reformer X has helped me stay motivated to exercise and over the year my body has changed showing tone and strength. Thank you Reformer X for strengthening my mind body and soul. Plus I have great Pilates friends as well!

Visiting from Melbourne and have thoroughly enjoyed my first week of Pilates classes here. This morning, I attended a 6am session led by Susanne, the atmosphere was fantastic and the class offered a unique experience compared to my previous Pilates experience by seamlessly integrating a cardio component for a full workout.
