My experience with Redfern Cottage Childcare Centre has been nothing short of exceptional, the centre is a very caring nurturing and have a very supportive environment.

I send my 10 month old baby and I was so sad to part from my princess however redfern cottage have made me feel at ease and so supported. 2 months on I feel so comfortable and reassured knowing my daughter is in good hands.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is wondering where they should send there child.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this childcare center! Our baby started in the babies’ room and is now almost a toddler, and the journey has been fantastic. We travel almost 30 minutes each way every day just to bring him here, and it’s absolutely worth it.

The management is always friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of a big family. The security measures they have in place give us great peace of mind, knowing that my baby is in a safe and secure environment.

This center is, without a doubt, the number one childcare in the Minto and Campbelltown area. We highly recommend it to any parents looking for a reliable and loving place for their little ones!

Redfern Cottage is fantastic! My niece came here and she always enjoys it. Whenever we are dropping her all of the educators are approachable and easy to talk with. I love it when they host an event, everything is amazing, especially the activities and diversity! They always ensure that everyone is welcomed and comfortable. I definitely will recommend this centre. ?

I would not recommend this centre to anyone. The outdoor yard has too much space but there’s nothing for the children to do. Definitely not worth it for the amount we have to pay.

Too many incidents when we come to pick up my child, educators sitting around, children walking around bored, no shoes or socks. I feel like these issues come too from a lack of efficient management. If they don’t do anything about how boring this yard is then do they really care

More staff are needed and current educators need to be better supported. I’ve walked in on my child's tour day and seen children on tables, and that’s not just because of lack of supervision, it’s just because there’s so many children and not enough staff to cater for them and their needs. It is obvious quite a few have special needs. I wonder where the funding is for them? This centre is not a good centre. I and a few parents have noticed the same children are injuring the other kids and our kids are petrified of coming here, when as per the EYLF, the environment should be a safe and secure space for the children. Why is nothing being done about it? Should we wait for them to break a child’s hand to take action? These children are coming home and telling their parents they’re scared of those specific children. It’s a joke.

Amazing centre. The staff make you feel so welcome. My son has been here since he was 2 and this year his graduating from preschool. I couldn’t have chosen a better place for him. They have taught him so much, the education and care is to another level. I would recommend this place to any parent wanting to put their child in a long day care centre. Honestly if I could rate this place out of 10 I would.

My baby girl has been in the baby room for about 6 months. She has developed so much over her time in this room. The staff are very friendly and transparent about her activities. I love this centre and would not want to move!
