I had an interview twice in house, there wasn't actually a position available, it was so I could be placed on the books, I then was asked to do a physical assessment in house, it was carried out by the recruiter, I wasn't informed prior to the appointment, it was a very uncomfortable process. I have given two stars because I feel this buisness needs to be more transparent in their process, be wary, it was a complete waste of my time
