i) Always replied to my inquiries to the unit on a very timely manner and in detailed manner. This helped me much as the first time buyer.
ii) Provided fair negotiation from vendor perspective that achieved a good price both for vendor and myself as the buyer.
iii) Followed through all the outstanding questions pre-offer, post-offer, contract exchange, pre-settlement and even after settlement that Zoe did not go away and always accessible.
iv) Responsive to my messages when I need help through the settlement process, which significantly help to overcome the challenge from unresponsive vendor conveyancing lawyers by directly negotiating with vendor and vendor's bank.

RENTERS AND SELLERS BEWARE - Jack (Yunqing Li) and Blanka Wang have Refused to give us a set of keys despite it being in our lease. They refuse to give us our mailbox key as well which I find outrageous as we haven’t been able to get mail for 6 months. Will not respond to email correspondence. Have lodged a complaint with the civil and administrative tribunal as these are the stereotypical nightmare real-estate agents. Disgusting. They want your money but will ignore you once you’re locked in.

Update: it has been a month since uploading this review. When I uploaded, Jack Li contacted me and said he’d finally get me the full set of keys we are entitled to under law and under our contract, but now has not contacted me. Disappointing. It looks like most of the reviews here could be friends of the people at the agency but as a real tenant, this has been the worst experience renting and I have rented for years.
