Have called Quality Care a few times and for the most part they’ve been quick and responsive in providing staff. A couple of times though, their service is absolutely horrendous. The staff who was booked 2-3 days in advance “called sick” 15 MINUTES before they’re supposed to start work and they said its because of track work? For an agency nurse to not have reliable transport is just unheard of. And the 5 star reviews are just staff reviewing their employer, and you wonder why.
