Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, which would be especially useful for a longer stay. The only downside was that the air conditioning was only in the living room, which might be an issue in warmer weather.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good service.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The two balconies are great for viewing. |Maybe a few extra milks for coffee and tea would be nice (also an extra biscuit if you’re staying more than one night)|Hot water for shower is great.|Bed is comfortable and good pillows.

My stay at this accommodation was deeply disappointing due to multiple issues that affected my health, comfort, and personal belongings.

First and foremost, I woke up on the first morning with a severe rash that was extremely painful and irritating. The rash persisted throughout my stay, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and questioning the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the room.

To make matters worse, I used the iron provided in the room, which was stained with nail polish. This stain transferred onto my shorts, completely ruining them. When I reported the issue, the staff member I spoke to was apologetic and offered $50 in compensation. However, this amount does not come close to covering the value of the damaged item. After escalating the matter, management refused to provide any further refund, despite the damage being caused by their equipment.

Between the severe rash and the dismissive approach to resolving the damage caused to my property, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend staying here, as these incidents indicate a lack of care for guests’ well-being and belongings.

Suite was clean and spacious with modern amenities. Also, plenty of offstreet parking. Breakfast was hot buffet style for $25 per person including free Barista made coffee. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Positives. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. |Negatives. Air-con noisy when first started. Phone and hair dryer didn't work. |Tried to Phone reception to ask for a remote for TV in bedroom only to find phone didn't work. Same as last stay here. Obviously they have an issue with phones not working in rooms. Had to go down to reception. |I actually had to convince them why I needed a remote for the TV...🤔 Told them phone didn't work, didn't seem very concerned. They sent a message on my phone if I needed to contact them. |On our way out for the day reported hair dryer on wall didn't work. Receptionist told me in process of removing them and a hair dryer was in the vanity. |On our return several hours later I sent a message about Room not being refreshed, no response. Another trip down to reception to ask when room was being refreshed and to report there was no hair drier in vanity. Hair drier was delivered to room.|Disappointing for the price.

Our stay here was bleh. It smelt like Sewage for 3 days in our apartment, we couldnt sleep.. we were actually on the last level, but its like you were accommodating inside a Sewage tunnel 🤢.
We paid almost $3000 for our 1 week stay & we got a Bite size TV 🤣🤣.. oh don't forget a DVD cd for movies, Yes it's a DVD player with your bite size TV. Take me back to the year 2000.. The room has a fan, doesn't do S#!+. You sleep in the same heat as outside. The Aircon, it just decorates the apartment. They need to sanitise clean those rooms, cause we left with bug bites and Rashes.. You get itchy in the rooms almost everyday. The room you can hear pipes s#!+.
The only reason for a star it's for the Asian buffet lady that made my coffee ☕️ during Buffet breakfast cause it was really good 👍
They need to upgrade the surroundings of the pool cause it's stone tiles are coming apart, dangerous for the kids.
Don't bother ordering room service, cause they never have ingredients to Pizzas you ordered unless they lazy asf to go cook it cause we tried room service again for a different day and same excuse - they tell you to go to a restaurant that's at the back of the apartment.. like there's a reason why it's called Room Service, people want to relax, Eat & chill and not leave the bloody room.. duh!..
Please Don't waste your money booking here, it's better you pitch a Tent on a beach nearby.
