I have attended two monthly sessions and I found them very relaxing and inspiring. I do Tai-chi regularly but I was a complete beginner in Qigong when I joined the first class with Blaise. Now I combine Qigong and Tai-chi every day. I really felt an overall improvement when I added Qigong to my routine. The second session refreshed my technique and I'm looking forward for the third.
