Both trainers were very approachable and knowledgable. As it was my first time doing any sort of first aid course I was quite nervous, but I was made to feel very welcome with lots of opportunities to ask questions and double-check. Would highly recommend!!

Doing my First Aid training with Pulse training was easy, efficient and actually fun!
Vic, our practical assessment trainer was super knowledgeable and made learning (and hopefully remembering) the CPR and other first aid response techniques logical and contextual.
