I met Matty when I was having some real Mummy Body issues and had been suffering a long history of chronic pain in my shoulder. He reassured me that I would be able to move my body in a safe way and if it became too much that we could switch things up. I saw Matty two times a week and not only did I build strength in my body again but at every session it cleared my mental state too. To meet a trainer who's professional, personable and not intimidating can be quite rare. I would highly recommend Matty to anyone wanting to look for a Personal Trainer.

Matt is SO good at his craft. His ability to read the situation is on point. I was so nervous getting back into exercise and he supported my confidence with it perfectly. He knows when to push and when to listen. It is so exciting kicking goals and seeing results in our training plan. He always takes time to explain the physiology and tailor my work out to goals I identify. - I guess he’s pretty funny too hahaha. Awesome to see this up and running Matt - stoked for you.

I have been training with Matt since 2018 and i have to say is one of the best PT I have trained with. With his workouts I got more strength, he helped me to get back my pull ups !!! Also his sessions are really easy to follow always does correction about techniques and explains what is the exercise designed for. With Matt each session is full of positive energy that makes you be ready for the rest of the day !!! so grateful having you as a trainer.

I have been going to Matt for almost a year. He was recommended to me by a friend. At first, the gym was daunting and I didn’t know what I was doing, so getting a PT felt like the right option. I met with Matt for the first consultation and he was personable, friendly and wanted nothing but results for me. I could tell just from the first consult that he owns his business because he cares about his clients and he loves what he does!

After working out with Matt I became more confident going to the gym. I slowly became stronger which gave me the motivation to keep going and pushing myself.

Matt has been a big support for me - not just with fitness, but emotionally. I have gone from being lanky and unhappy to both mentally and physically strong.

Matt has changed my life! Not only did I gain an AMAZING personal trainer, but I gained a friend (and a therapist hahaha!). You will not be disappointed if you make the life decision to start working on yourself. Matt will help you get to a stage where you feel happy, confident, strong and sexy.

I have been training with Matt since 2017 and have never had a better experience with any other trainer or gym in all my years of trying to better myself. Apart from his friendly and approachable demeanour which was obvious from the start, I found Matty to be extremely knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way that makes you completely understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. This was extremely empowering and still helps me enormously whilst training on my own. He’s completely non judgmental and human enough to understand that we all have slip ups and bad days but he’s focused on results and he has a way of making sure that you are too. He definitely changed the way I view fitness and most importantly how much I enjoy it!

I can not recommend Matt more highly - AAA+.
I have trained with a lot of different people and gyms over the past 20+ years and Matt by far has been my most successful trainer.
I made the plunge in August 2019 to start training again after 2 beautiful kids and 18 months of dealing with a debilitating illness. I had lost confidence in myself and lost my self worth. I needed to do something for ‘ME’ and not feel guilty about it. So I joined up at the local gym which was majorly intimidating in itself and then asked to chat with a Personal Trainer so I could be shown how to use the gyms equipment.
I was teamed up with Matt, we chatted about life, it’s pro’s and it’s challenges and what I wanted to gain from my training. My goal was to become strong and confident, to learn about my food in take and to get my ‘Sexy Legs’ back. I had just had a vein procedure done so toning them up was my next step, plus toning the rest of my body at the same time. I gave myself till Christmas to achieve this, then I planned to give the training away and just do my own thing.
I can honestly say that without Matt’s guidance and assistance in many aspects of my training, nutrition and life I would not have achieved many of my goals. I’m more confident, stronger and am on my way to getting my ‘Sexy Legs’ back. Matt defiantly helps tailor his sessions to what is right for you and his knowledge about the body and nutrition is so insightful that it helps you understand what YOUR body needs - Matt is not your typical cookie cutter trainer, he makes sure he listens to what your goals are and helps make them happen.
I am still training with Matt outside of the gym now and for the main reason is I really look forward to it, I am no longer ashamed of myself and his tailored training is working - I’m seeing RESULTS. I still do my own training too, eat good healthy fresh food MOST of the time and I send Matt daily photos of what I’m eating and any extra exercise I have done for the day. Matt keeps me accountable and on track. If you, your partner or someone you know is looking at getting back into training, wanting to get strong and/or confident or needing that extra bit of support and your not sure who to talk too or where to go - Matt is your MAN without a doubt!
