Been over a week sent emails txt and called. Went for interview done medical and drug test. Was told would get a call back in 3 days and nothing abby seemed very easy going but I guess a reply or email to say unsuccessful would be more professional then nothing at all.
If I could give no stars I would.

It has been great working for Protech - I would probably say it's the best place I've ever worked at. Everyone is real. You are seeing who we truly are and who we are are people who you can relate to and people you can rely on to get the best possible outcome for clients and candidates. This company sucks. They don't know what they are doing or how to do it. You contact them multiple times and get thrown to multiple different people in one call. You wait for an email for ages and when you finally request something you get messed around. 3 weeks we have been waiting for a seperation certificate which should be done in 10 minutes.

My first impressions as an employee of Protech were a very welcoming experience! Balloons and Welcome message surrounding my new work station & laptop. Starter pack consisting of Protech branded shirts, coffee mug and office supplies. A lovely team lunch to get to know everyone. Last but least, a personally delivered bottle of red wine to my wife while I was on my first day!! I believe the leaders at Protech drive a great culture and an enviroment that people enjoy working within.

Starts with a promise of permanent job at westrac, sandvik and other large companies.
Then the reality is that you're just one of many to be used and abused. Contact is quite quick and persuasive when recruiting. If unhappy secretary screens calls and contact is quite difficult.

Steer clear due to no permanent jobs only empty promises and they don't always have work on, as three weeks off and the promise of next week happened over and over soon made me realise..

If you have a good job don't quit it to join protech.
