I had three family therapy sessions with Yvonne McDonell, family therapist from Project Youth, who was supposed to help me to restore my relationships with my heavily alienated daughter.

Instead of helping, Yvonne openly shamed and denigrated me in front of my daughter, used F words on multiple occasions, never allowed me to explain myself after a wave of accusations in front of my daughter and shut me up after literally 20 seconds of me speaking, also she was openly hostile towards me. Overall, instead of improving the situation, it only got much worse!

Moreover, Yvonne said on multiple occasions that she doesnโ€™t really care what actually happened and whoโ€™s right and whoโ€™s wrong, it seemed for me that she really enjoyed denigrating me in front of my daughter knowing how vulnerable my situation was.

I do not understand why these family wreckers get any Government funding.

My experience dealing with Project Youth was highly negative. They preach tolerance and acceptance, but only publicly. At some point I stopped all the interactions with them, and it was the best decision.
