I have completed my Certificate III in Dog Behavior and Training with Precise Training. During this time I was very well supported by the office staff and especially Paola Strudwick Coordinator who answered my inquires fast and efficiently. I also had only good experiences with the training staff who helped in person and on the phone whenever I needed it. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the fact that I had a bad accident during the time studying and broke my ankle. I was asking for extension (as you would in any other school or work environment) but it was declined. Overall, I recommend to study with Precise Training if you're interested to get a Certificate in Dog Training.

Additionally, the course material was easy to follow and interesting, as well as reasonably priced for such good quality. From the videos to the training facilities, everything was classy.

Most importantly, I could not have finished this course as well as I did, without the backbone of Precise Training's core, namely through Paola, the student coordinator and powerhouse of the company. Thank you Paola. You guided me at every moment. You taught me how to use Moodle, you encouraged me when I felt overwhelmed and drowning in my own personal chaos, and you walked with me, every step of the way. No words will ever be able to describe how grateful I am to you dear Paola. I made it past the finish line because of you!!!!

I have completed the NDTF, QLD course 2023 via Distance Learning, through the Precise Training Portal.
'Paola' from Precise Training, where do I start, she was absolutely amazing from start to finish for my course duration, answering any questions, assisting through the navigation and understanding of the portal, actually anything I needed help with at anytime, she was always available, very reliable for me as a mature age and new student to distance learning.
Paola was always very prompt and professional with all communications via email for the duration of my course.
Not that I got to meet Paola in person, but her communication in writing via email was always friendly, positive, motivating and she seemed to have a Great sense of humor. VERY VERY helpful!!
I didn't need to utilize communication via phone for any further communication as all my question were answered by Paola sufficiently and promptly via email, but she always offered to be available via telephone if I required anything further.
The Trainers/ Instructors - QLD on the Sunhine Coast for NDTF Course for me, were super friendly and helpful while on the 2 placements face to face that is required for completion of this course - Dave and Ryan - they are both very knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions I had, encouraging while preforming tasks and gave great guidance while on the placements face to face.
A special mention to Mandy one of the other trainers at the Sunhine Coast facilities, assisting while on my placements, she is absolutely a beautiful lady so helpful, super friendly and very welcoming.
I do however recommend highly, if interested in this course via distance learning, you try and team up with others that may be interested and complete the course together at the same time. I was lucky to be able to do this and this definitely help immensely in the completion of this course, keeps the motivation going... not going to lie, it had quite intense learning periods at times... but by having others living in the same area on the same course, we were able to have study groups together, help each other, save in travel costs, which was a fantastic help for me. Good Idea also to find other trainers in your area who are liked minded and who have already completed this course before, as they have great guidance and assist greatly in the learning while not on any face to face placements for random questions.
A big Thank you all at the National Dog Training facilities - Head Instructor Dave and his crew on the Sunhine Coast and Ryan and his Crew at the Canine Classroom, Sunhine Coast and Paola you are truly an asset to the Precise Team for us that are the Distance Learners.

I just finished my NDTF course certificate 3 in dog behavior and training and I loved the course. The dog trainers were great each one of them had slightly different perspectives and approaches to reach the same goal of teaching the course work. Learning from and watching them in action on the practical days was great and they we excellent at ensuring they answered everyone’s questions.
In terms of communication with the course coordinators and administrators online I found them to be very quick to respond and helpful. I was mostly in touch with the students services manager Paola who was incredibly helpful throughout my course, I had a particularly difficult year in my personal life and although that weighed heavily on me in many other aspects of my life Paola went above and beyond to encourage and support me throughout my course. As a student It was nice to have someone with such professionalism and empathy as the first port of contact. The motivation I got to continue and finish the course through that difficult time was from a combination or engaging course work and trainers as well as feeling secure and supported by Paola and the staff at Precise Training. I feel like the course has not only set me up with dog training skills but also how to run a dog training business including paper work, communicating with clients, laws/regulations ect. As you might be able to tell I cannot wait to start my own business now with my new skills.
