Extremely bad experience with preuni Bella Visa branch. My daughter attended year 4 term classes from Preuni and never understand anything in the class and when I ask the teacher she is saying we can't read the mind of the kids .
Even they use to take class of 25 students together twice /thrice during the 10 classes session.
I have raised the concern multiple times but nothing improved, so I am planning to not send her to Preuni for the next term.
Although my daughter is above average student, but I didn't like the teachers attitude, clubbing students together, I have to spend 6 hours every week to help her finishing the home work as in the class the concepts are not clear to her.

0 communication among staff. Management is an absolute mess. I was given the wrong contract from the very start EVEN AFTER discussing it. They only fixed it after 3 weeks without any reimbursement or backpay for the prior weeks. They masked the role as a "marker" position and paid me the salary of one but gave me the responsibilities of a tutor/teacher. I was sent the wrong material two times before they got it right approx. 10 minutes before my session started. Sometimes students would claim they were not sent material from the college. Would not get tutored under or tutor for this company or any of its branches. Disappointing.

The worst tutoring school. Never ever send your kids there. Professional staff has all gone to other schools and even qualified teachers left. They put an admin staff without proper qualification to educate the students while the teacher is on leave! And most important, is that their exam papers are full of errors! A bunch of questions doesn't have correct options to choose from. Simply copy some unqualified test questions from everywhere including U.S. which is still using Metric system! NO explanation, no feedback to parents. And also terrible system full of problems. Never send your kids there! You will be regretting!

For Selective Tests/Prep, one of the most unprofessional tutoring centers in Sydney. Tutoring itself is very mediocre but the back support like feedback on tests, focus on improvement areas, quality of the study material, quality and correctness of the answers, midterm tests, is just awful. Worst is management is not even interested to hear and resolve the issues which are managed by just admin staff. You dont even know who is Management. This is our experience after wasting 3 terms with them with the hope that they will improve. Not even worth trying.

Pre uni college digital online classes are very good. All the teachers are very good and I can see that my son has an impressive understanding and depth of knowledge about his subjects (Mathematics, English and Thinking Skills Ability). Revision classes every week is a real boon to the students and they are able to learn more. The online classes works at an appropriate pace and use the class time wisely and completes the Learning Material sessions. Thanks for your valuable service. Keep Rocking!

Enrolled my daughter into year 5 for Selective test preparation. Found Pre-uni teaching methods extremely short of expectations. They call their programme Interactive classes but it was anything but interactive. For Maths, The teacher mostly just comes - solves the questions in the handbook for the students - and then the class is done without explaining the concepts of the day. It is better to just buy their handbooks and teach at home. The teaching techniques are pretty poor.

In one of the English online classes - when I was monitoring my kid, the English teacher had to google meaning of the words in the Poem when a student asked a query. We do not pay for teaching via google.

Also, complete chaos administratively - we were not send notifications for the exam at the end of the term and ended up at the centre when there was no class. Also, no notifications for mid-term exams - no one reached out during the term to explain how the kid is doing.

Further, the class sizes of almost 15 kids is too big for the kind of money they are charging.
