This gym is awesome. Friendly staff and coaches. Clean and simple. They have change room and shower if needed. Fun gym for all ages with no ego and everyone is friendly, respectful and safe. Best thing of all is you can train and then crawl across the road for a Pad Thai.

Fab & Eli are excellent trainers. They are very knowledgeable and passionate towards training and the gym! Not only are they great trainers they are also very friendly and bring a very positive happy vibe at the gym! Couldn’t recommend anyone better!
