Forget the typical stereotype thats accociated with pole dancing being only for strippers!!! Pole perfect is a very professionally ran business for all ages & sizes with the most amazing teachers/staff who go above to offer endless support & encouragement to every student at the centre not to mention the ladies who attend on every level who also go above & beyond to support & encourage anyone they can. I was very uncoordinated & had very low self esteem- Rachael & everyone at pole has helped me come out of my shell & grow in confidence i cannot expess enough my gradatude for this plus the friendship i have formed with everyone. Their hasn't been a single class I've attended where i haven't had a smile on my face i actually refer to pole as "my place of happiness " not to mention the health benefits I've gone over 6mths for the first time in over 20yrs without pain killers for my back as my core strength has improved & taken the pressure off my back - I'm in my 40's its never too late to start - do yourself a favor & give it a go & see what its all about 10/10

Awesome studio, with very supportive instructors and wonderful supportive women in the classes. Pole fitness is challenging, but rewarding, a great workout.
