We withdrew our children for numerous reasons:
- 3 unexplained head injuries
- Every invoice was incorrect, in fact they sent me an invoice this week that was my final invoice which was paid in OCTOBER. It was not the only invoice they neglected to apply to my account.
- Half the staff could not care less, were on their phones, would dump the kids in front of the TV, kids were climbing everywhere, unsupervised and unsafe.
- The TV was on no matter what time of day we came.
- Items of ours were sent home with other parents or forgotten to be given to us.

When we started there, it was great then mid year the staff changed and it was terrible. We no longer felt safe sending our kids there so gave notice and left.

I would not recommend it to anyone.

Wont return calls..cancells night before saying child cant go next day..not to mention personal things being twisted
