I got to Plus Fitness every week, 5-6 days on average. Have been attending for several years. It's an excellent gym, always tidy, great variety of equipment and very friendly attitude from staff. It also is very bright with a lot of natural light and a great view being directly opposite Terrigal Beach. Great gym, well priced

I trained at Plus Fitness at Terrigal since it opened.
For the first birthday party they made my eldest boy (six months old at time) member of the month.
I had the utmost respect for Sharon, Mark and Sam.
The new owners (I don't know their names) are sadly nothing like the founders.
I then trained for years at the Plus Fitness at East Gosford, which was amazing.
The same people who own Terrigal have bought East Gosford as well.
They also own the one at The Entrance.
I told Plus Fitness Terrigal months ago to cancel my membership. I was told I must come in.
This is not legal.
When Covid was on and the gyms had to shut down, I voluntarily elected to continue to pay my full fee, because I knew the owners would be hurting.
I have just been charged another $80 without consent.
Sadly, the Plus Fitness Franchises on the Central Coast are turning corporate, which detracts from the community spirit, of which I am of the firm opinion, exercise should be about.
In my opinion, members want to feel valued and part of the team.
They do not want to feel like cattle in an abattoir run by people who clearly don't train themselves and are in it for the money.
Plus Fitness on the Central Coast has sadly turned into the consolidation phase of corporatisation, which systematically destroys the core values of entrepreneurs and the passion of the founder who imagined their work being about more than money.
I would again please ask Plus Fitness Terrigal to cancel my membership and now pay me back the arrears since I notified them.
I would also please like the video footage taken from my training there, as you do not have any right to any of it.
There have been some episodes which have been confronting.

Great gym, great staff especially Dom ,can easily get a workout in and lots of variety of machines which is great highly recommended

Love this gym, especially after the refurb and addition of new equipment. My only wish is that they clean more often than they do. Other than that it’s a great place to work out.

The best Plus Fitness 24/7 Gym I have been in

The Terrigal gym is not my regular club - I usually only get there on weekends as my normal Plus Fitness gym is in the city. The Terrigal Gym is the best I have visited.

It's a bright open gym with a cardio area that overlooks the ocean, large weights section and without a doubt the cleanest gym I have ever seen - it always looks amazing and the owners make extra effort ensuring there are air fresheners and coffee available for visitors

If you a local or just visiting on holiday I recommend this Plus Fitness 24/7 Gym

Always liked Plus Fitness for the ease of payments and good equipment. Was visiting a friend in Avoca last weekend, and left my car keys at the gym after training. Only realized it when I was already back in Perth. Spoke to Tom, and he was absolutely wonderful. Posted the keys to me via express post. Many thanks again Tom! You have been amazing. Pavel

Fantastic gym, fully equipped with all new equipment. Views of the ocean from the treadmill and sun drenched balcony to relax after a workout. New ownership - Sushi is a wonderful human always a smile on her face and happy to help when required. Highly recommended!

The gym has recently been refurbished and is now much nicer and spacious. They do need mirrors in-front of the squat racks as its good to watch your form, and also have noticed they have stopped leaving deodorant out which isnt nice for other members when you forget to put some on at home.
