I come to train there first time on Saturday good gym had all the equipment i use to train that other plus fitnesses don't have it's a shame a woman there was very rude to me moving my bag without asking me i was using machines doing super sets she cones along moves my bag then gives me attitude was very disgusted in that. No reply cause truth hurts doesn't it

Great little gym, has all the equipment you need for a good workout. Being quite small it can get crowded easy and may find yourself waiting for machines. Love the signage and rules regarding hygiene and returning your weights. Some still refuse to put them away though. All in all, great value , 24 hour gym.

Small little gym for a quick workout..nothing more. Walked up to the staff station and they just ignored you. Seems like they don't spend money to upkeep this place. Everything is falling apart most treadmills don't work properly, the vinyl on benches are crumbling away. Well you get what you pay for. Would cancel the membership and go with a proper gym that actually looks after people.

Great experience all around - the tidiest and cleanest gym you would ever go to. Pleasure to work out there especially at night - even better when all the weights can be found in where you expect them to be.
Parking is really good especially after 6pm or all day on weekends.

Management is friendly and personable while always available for a chat.

Prices are cheaper than most gyms and is definitely value for money

Great and friendly atmosphere. None of the typical "macho-ness" that are found in other gyms. Vince and his team are always happy to help out with spots, chats and all around advice. And for the price - heck you cant go wrong! Keep it up guys!

My friend and I signed up for this gym together and we were told that we can cancel our membership anytime before the fortnightly payment and they would not debit our account from that date. My friend cancelled his membership about 6 weeks ago and it went smooth. Today I cancelled it and they said that I should have given two weeks notice. Their policies varies from person to person. Very disappointed!!!!

This gym has made really effective use of its space. They have 6 squat racks, 2 lifting platforms! All the machinery and cables you need.

Plus, During staffed hours they have an outdoor area for training in which is great for circuits and most of all, being able to train outside with some fresh air is a nice addition.

It’s a nice clean, hygienic, well planned and has all the essential equipment required for a good workout. The staff is friendly.
The only problem is the paid street parking. As a result the best time to visit is before 7 am or after 7 pm.
