Great gym environment, friendly people and lovely staff. Good facilities, lots of useful machines and good size weight room. Also has clean bathrooms and fresh cold water fountain which is great.

Great gym in the Blue Mountains. Really lovely community and friendly staff. They are always updating machines and accessories. Clean bathrooms and drinking facilities. They even have a supplement machine!

Not bad, does the job and the staff are nice. Quite the high school crowd in the late afternoon so avoid that time if you prefer it quiet. Lunch time is good.
