I used this company to do fortnightly cleans through the NDIS. The cleaners were constantly late, didn't show up, or asked to reschedule to another time last minute. I communicated the I work from home full time so I needed to schedule the cleans around my client appointment but was continually stuffed around, causing a lot of unnecessary stress for a service that is supposed to help people The cleaners rarefy apologized when they were late and one even started sending me multiple rude, unprofessional, and angry texts when I told her that she had stuffed me around. The cleaner would also show up for one hour but charge two hours for my NDIS plan which is not allowed. The people who work is the office are also very unorganized and very slow at replying to emails. Whatever you do, do not use this company.
