The staff are so nice here.
I was having a crap day, feeling unwell and worked 10 hours and had run out of dog food.
Stopped here on the way home (10mins out of the way but sort of on the way)
It was obvious that I could hardly walk (arthritis is horrible) the amazing staff asked me to sit at the front desk and have a chocolate while they got the dog food and took it to my car.

Thank you for being wonderful people and being nice to an arthritis ridden stranger.

Store conveniently located with parking. Great range of toys, food and accessories. Team are friendly and knowledgeable. I was about to buytreats for my older kitten and they advised her teeth were not strong enough for them. They also gave me a kitten starter pack which is awesome. Came with a great cat toy/treat dispenser in the shape of a mouse. She loves it. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing customer service and unresolved issues

I had a highly frustrating experience with my click and collect order at PetO, due to poor customer service and a complete lack of problem-solving. When I encountered an issue with my order, the only solution offered by the staff was to cancel it and issue a refund. After multiple phone calls, I attempted to arrange a pickup from another store location, but was told this wasn't possible, even though both stores are part of PetO.

I reluctantly followed the staff's advice to cancel the order, but the entire process was incredibly frustrating as they are unhelpful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I have been charged for the order and have yet to receive any confirmation of my refund, even though I am currently disputing the charge.

This has been an extremely troublesome shopping experience, and I would strongly recommend considering other pet stores where the staff are more professional, friendly, and willing to help the customer.

Extremely helpful staff and very kind! Was a breath of fresh air because other pet stores just want to rush you out the door. Both customer service ladies both came up and asked if I needed any help and assisted me in everything I needed today. Thankyou girls.

Plus they have a great selection of cat toys and treats that my cats love at a great price. I will be coming back soon!

Went in with my puppy and there were 2 women at the counter chatting. It was obvious I was needing assistance but they kept talking. I literally walked around the whole store whilst they kept chatting. As I walked towards the counter, one girl walked out of the store and the other one made a call on her mobile. I left and won't be back
