Dr Chen has undoubtedly saved me from some of the worst chronic pain I have ever experienced. I saw Dr Chen at 38 weeks pregnant with sacroiliac joint pain, where I was relying on crutches just to alleviate the pain of walking and moving. I tried other therapies but this was the only one that worked and I am so thankful that Dr Chen was able to treat me in time. He is extremely kind, caring and professional. The clinic is a beautiful environment, very clean and warm. Dr Chen is a life saver!

I started seeing Dr Peter Chen for acupuncture about 12 months ago for chronic lower back pain. I had never tried acupuncture before I saw Peter. The pain had been progressively getting worse over 12-18 months and was disrupting my sleep; every time I rolled over it hurt. (I’m only 54 and quite fit.)
Since having regular acupuncture (weekly for the first 2-3 months, and now monthly), I’m basically pain free! Incredible!! Even if I get the occasional spasm, it never lasts long, whereas before it could stay acute and painful for days.
I’m so happy I started seeing Peter. He’s very experienced and also very gentle and caring. I continue to see him monthly for ‘maintenance’ acupuncture to help keep my back strong and pain free. I highly recommend Peter.

I have been seeing Dr Peter Chen on and off for a few years now. I highly recommend anyone suffering from the smallest headache to your more complex problem to book an appointment. You won't be disappointed. Every appointment Peter is warm and welcoming. The experience is always 10/10, I often find myself in a deep sleep through my hour-long appointment and wake feeling like I have had a full nights rest - It's great!! The thing I like most about Peter is that he will let you know when you no longer need appointment, so I know he is a true professional and passionate about his work. I'm not another number or seen as a dollar sign.

I was recommended to see Peter by several friends who were also receiving treatment from him. I was a little worried having never had or even considered acupuncture before but Peter is wonderful. I’m 23 and have been suffering with endometriosis pain, bloating and recurring infections/immune issues for a couple of years now and I can happily report that my pain and bloating has decreased substantially and I’m finding myself with much more energy on a daily basis. I’m also finding my overall mood and skin and circulation has improved out of sight. The clinic is very calming and clean and Peter always makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable.

I'm glad to be able to leave a positive review about the clinic of Peter Chen.Peter is a real specialist, his clinic is very clean , his procedure are as good and clean as you can get in any good private clinic/hospital, the procedure and musical quiet environment let you be totally relax no matter how stressed you arrive for the treatment. I will now recommend Peter to my friends in need of medical help that usual western medicine cannot solve, and this is my personal story.
A friend of me who was succefully treated by Peter Chen, seeing that I was in a lot of pain with a bursitis problem on my hip and the sciatic nerve on the same leg, and all cortisone shots and cocktail of pain killer I was taking day and night would not work, told me to go to Peter Chen acupuncture clinic, because he was the best in the area....I was dubitative and waited 6 months more until I could not function properly on daily basis. I'm happy I followed her counsel.
I arrived to Peter Chen Clinic in strong pains with bursitis right and left hip... and sciatic...and previous condition with bulging discs in the low back. I could barely walk properly, sitting more than 15 minutes was an ordeal...pain killers disturbed my driving and would not help more than 6 hours in a row...
After 6 treatments , I was better ... but not quite perfect, we took a break of 4 weeks, and did another 6 weeks... and since the last treatment (4 weeks ago) I'm free of pains! free of pain killers ! walk and sit normally.
Besides the acupuncture Peter Chen gave me some Chinese herbal medication which after few weeks began to reduce my appetite and I also lost weight ! which is also a positive point in itself.
If you are not sure about acupuncture treatment I hope my experience will help you to decide what to do. Since I also had acupuncture for a tennis elbow about 10 years ago in Sydney and it worked very well : pains never came back ! I'm now convinced that acupuncture can help in a lot of different causes of pains in the human body.
