Percy’s Place caravan park is a hidden gem in a very quiet location.

It has large grassy sites, power water and a dump point and the facilities are excellent.
There are even are glimpses of the Hawkesbury River.

Booking was a totality contactless experience done by email and the gate code was emailed to me the day before along with our site number and a detailed map.

So glad we booked here (you have to book) and would certainly come again. Highly recommended.

The park offer's grass sites with a view of the Hawkesbury River. Our extended stay was necessitated by work, and the park's upkeep and cleanliness did not disappoint. The staff were attentive and professional

Fantastic spacious caravan park on the river. We stayed three nights mid week and the park had only a handful of other guests. Very quiet location. Spotless amenities block as well as bbq area with library and tourist brochures. On leash dog friendly property with huge spaces to exercise the pooch.

This is a hidden gem! Peaceful and quiet, beautiful nature as wel. Friendly staff and they're modernising the bathrooms at the moment! They've given us plenty of tips for Syney and other places.

We've spoken to Rachel and her daughter, they are the kind of people you want to meet on your holiday!

When you have a boat or jetski, the campground has a boatramp! Long days on the water, sunbathing on the gras or terras, it's all there. The average age is during the off season a bit higher, but all friendly helpful people.

When they ever want to sell this place, I'm their buyer. My heart is in Pitt Town!

We recently stayed at Percy's in a caravan with our dog.
What a lovely quiet place to stay. Sites were big - some with river views, amenities block spotless, there was a well thought out camp kitchen (although we didn't need to use it), and plenty of space to walk the dog.

A lot of space and nicely sized lots to rent over a weekend. Great to take the boats and jet skis out in Australia Day!! Also have multiple new/very well maintained portaloos and built in toilets at the entrance. Also very lovely reception.

Love this site it’s an annual ritual. Roomy location with picturesque views over the river and paddocks. Out of town and away from the hustle and bustle of Richmond Windsor but not too far thats it’s out of reach from all the city offerings. The manager is extremely professional and accommodating my kind of caravan park. Recommended

Great caravan park, with modern amenities block, laundry, and camp kitchen. Unfortunately no water access, but it is quiet and peaceful.
