I express my dissatisfaction with the service we received during our event yesterday, 25th August at your venue. We specifically upgraded to the intermediate hall, incurring additional costs, because it included an upgraded sound system, which was essential for our event. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth function did not work, and despite reaching out to your support, we were informed that no assistance would be provided. Additionally, the microphone's battery died shortly after we began, further compounding the disruption.
Given the additional cost we incurred, we should have at least received guidance on how to connect the systems properly. This experience fell far below our expectations, and as such, we believe that we should not have been charged for the upgrade.

Our group was very dissatisfied from the service provided. We went to celebrate our festival but wasted hours to connect the bluetooth on speaker which was not working, where seeking for help contacted to given number but was not received. Very disappointing experience gain from this service.

Please do not book their hall, We booked intermediate hall for our party, however bluetooth is not working, we seek for help in after hour support but they said their audio maintenance team is not available after hours, we upgrade the hall from small to intermediate just for sound system but audio system is not working at all, , mic battery is dead after a while, their customer service is very poor.
