Classical dressage training for horses is just like Pilates strength training for us humans. I started at Peaches Cronulla only about a month ago and even my riding coach has noticed the positive changes and improvements to my riding. It doesn’t only give you a bang’n bod but 100% makes my day to day activities more fluid and comfortable. I was so scared to start but now I’m at peaches at a minimum 3 days a week. No more sore lower back, A-MEN. So happy to have found the girls at Peaches Cronulla 🫶🙏 🍑

I have wanted to be part of the Peaches family since they moved to Cronulla! As a mum and business owner I love that they offer a variety of fitness options - from pilates to yoga and even boxing - at really accessible times that work with my manic schedule. The classes are fun, effective and relevant and the instructors are experts in their field.

Last year I had the pleasure of running my makeup workshops in their bright, airy and beautifully appointed studio and my clients LOVED it. I recently worked with the team to create some amazing profile images for the team, which I believe truly reflect the natural warmth and sincerity that owner Kat and team are known for.

Such a BEAUTIFUL and intimate studio filled with amazing people! I love the Peaches brand and have been a fan of theirs for four years now and they juts keep getting better! Their new Cronulla studio is no different! They are welcoming, genuine and caring to every person (and animal) that walks in the door! The Peaches style is fun, dynamic and always challenging! So many good things to say! The studio is amazing. Loads of natural light and close to the beach for post burn swims. Kat is a great instructor and takes the time to come round and correct technique etc. I've been going along in the hopes of improving a long term back injury and building a stronger core has helped heaps.
