My 8-year-old son recently attended a morning gymnastics session at PCYC Umina Beach during the summer school holidays and absolutely loved it. The coaches were engaging and super friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all the kids.
The facility is impressive, featuring a large indoor gym equipped with several trampolines, a beam, and many mats for jumping and playing. There's also an indoor and sports court and a boxing studio, offering a variety of activities to keep children active and entertained.
We'll definitely be returning and booking another session when we're back in the area:)

The staff and coaches at PCYC Umina are professional and friendly. They have lots of wonderful gymnastic equipment and the coaches are knowledgeable and caring about the kids. They offer heaps of different activities for all different skill levels. I highly recommend them.

Two boys started the Free G Parkour course and they both absolutely love it and their body awareness and hand eye coordination have drastically improved. They have also participated in the summer school holiday activities, which can be half a day or full day, and they have drastically improved in their social skills and have become more confident and outgoing in themselves. I strongly recommend giving them a chance.

Took my daughter in for a gymnastics trial. I'm glad I didn't sign her up right away. My daughter is in a lot of activities and we wanted to add gymnastics to the list but the lack of attention and guidence each child from the teacher was something I've never seen before. the class went for 45 minutes and the teacher did the bear minimum mostly sat down or stood in one spot. telling the 3.5 - 5 year olds what to do. didn't try to help, instruct or demonstrate them when they weren't doing things properly. the kids got bored very easily. discussing among other mothers if this would be the same teacher each week and that a few of us wouldn't be returning if this was the case. the teacher wasn't rude or mean by any means I just would have liked for the teacher to be more hands on and understand parents want their kids to learn new skills.
