Older style affordable motel, and the room comes with biscuits! Very close to all the things a traveller needs, fuel next door, plenty of cafes and places with a big M. Kempsey is now bypassed, so you get a great night's sleep without trucks rumbling by all night.

Owner was very accommodating for a late check-in.

Beds are not comfortable. Bathroom isn't very spacious and doesn't come with any soaps or basic toiletries. Blankets from the cupboard smell like they haven't been washed at all. The couch was better than the beds I think!! The room looks very old and has stains, dents and scratches everywhere. If you were an animal I would recommend it but If you're a human.. save yourself...

The rooms are just barely a three star and maybe the service too, but overall it's lucky to be a three. Grounds are run down, rooms are old though clean, stained ceilings and walls. I don't know how there are 4 star reviews. I have travelled around Australia a lot and this motel would not meet 3 star requirements on any government system.

Room 12 right at the back was clean, well provisioned and quiet with comfortable beds and pillows and strong hot shower. The motel is old and part rundown caravan park but it’s pet friendly, well priced, close to town and the receptionist very welcoming.

I stayed at the Park Motel in October 2024 on my way back to Sydney. The check in experience was excellent, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately the room had a distinct smell, the carpet and couch dirty. During the night I heard screaming outside, loud chatter and the room above was having a level of intimacy which was extremely loud and occurred late into the night. While this is not the responsibility of the motel, it was disrespectful of other guests given the volume.

I’d return to this motel in the future, however the smell in the room and cleanliness would need to be addressed.

Dirty sly no good people and room with dog shit ......dog shit under bed ...people are dirty sly ways to make money 🤑 if you need drug go to van park and for first2 motel.

Not new, but it did the job, and I particularly appreciated the responsive staff when I told them the wifi had a problem. They fixed it quick, and regularly clean the room.

Wonderful Motel very comfortable we always stay there overnight on our way to Sydney from Brisbane and stay overnight on our way back.
