Ben conducted a 1 day First Aid & CPR at our business. The communication prior was excellent. Ben was very professional, dynamic & relatable. The price per participant was excellent. I competed my first aid & CPR certificates with Pacific Coast using their online training with face to face assessment option and found it such an efficient way to compete the certifications. The team are really friendly & helpful, the face to face assessment is run really well and is completed in a timely manner. Such a great way to do it.

Ben came to our workplace and trained 8 of our employees in Byron Bay.
We had a last minute glitch with our training facility having a power outage so had to panic move to another location. Ben was fantastic with this move and embraced the training in our farming shed!
Highly recommended.
