Avoid at all cost!
Abused my fiancee and her co-workers over the phone when they were trying to resolve some very minor issues.

As someone that works in the outdoor industry this is a completely inappropriate way to treat people and it concerns me that people like this are in charge of training other outdoor professionals.

Absolutely abysmal service, the lady in charge of admin is rude, condescending and aggressive - myself and two coworkers were talked over, condescend to and yelled at over the phone, and we received multiple nasty capitalised emails. They are unwilling to work through anything constructively and absolutely couldn’t be reasoned with. Avoid at all costs!

The online training component is abysmal. After just one day I had my money refunded. Spelling mistakes, no punctuation, assessment questions with incorrect spelling in the answers, questions that were not questions. I do not recommend this company's courses.
