This course is terrible. It took 11 hours to complete. Three calls to their help desk, had to reboot the program many times, nothing is uniform. Some screens had a next button some didn't, some screens asked to click the next button but there wasn't a next button on the screen. Eleven hours and I'm sure I didn't learn anything. Typical government involvement. Only gave one star because I had to to post this.

I'm doing the OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety course. I've completed more than 30 hours, but it still requires me to wait after every section before I can move on. Most of the images look like something that was selected by AI and many do not match the current topic. I would not recommend this course.

When the video is done playing and the narrator says to press next to move on to the quiz, even with 20-40 minutes left of the clock, you have to wait until the clock hits 0. And just to add insult to injury, if you step away for 5 minutes the site logs you out for inactivety. So now you need to be at your device the whole time to make sure you don't time out. What a gigantic waste of time.

I completed the 40 hour OSHA online training program. I have 17 years of experience in this field. The program included MANY quiz questions with incorrect answers. I submitted requests to correct the answers in many emails and phone calls to the company. They admitted that the answers were incorrect and said that it will be difficult to correct. They said they would submit my comments to the program developer. These corrections were not made. Therefore the information taught in the program is false and teaches the OSHA participants incorrect information.
