We had our wedding their, one of the best venues for 120-140 guests. We loved their food and their services as well as their event manager was such a great assistant. We were really happy about the place, everyone loved the beach view. Good Dj, good lighting ✨️

We recently held our wedding at this venue. While the location and view were stunning, the service on the day was extremely disappointing.
1. Despite prior discussions with Orso, the chef refused to serve the food we brought, behaving unprofessionally and rudely.
2. Basic service was lacking—tables weren’t properly set, water wasn’t provided, and overall staff assistance was poor.
3. The seating arrangement we had planned was incorrect, causing unnecessary confusion.

Additionally, they lack coordination of your wedding plans with very slight help. They wouldn’t contact us regarding details, unless we visited their place. For the price we paid, we expected much better service. If you’re looking for a hassle-free wedding experience, I’d recommend considering other venues. The view is lovely, but unfortunately, that’s the only redeeming factor.

What a beautiful venue! The team at Orso made our wedding so unforgettable! Adrianna, Caroline & all the wait staff went above and beyond to cater for our requests and all the guests. The feedback we got was that this was one of the best weddings they had ever attended & that the staff at Orso really made the guests feel very special and privileged. Their attention to detail with dietaries and ensuring all guests were served promptly and in a classy fashion. The food was amazing, view impeccable. Thank you for making our vision come to life!

We had our daughter’s wedding at Orso Bayside and wow what an amazing night! From the beginning we received exceptional service , Adrianna organised everything building up to wedding and was fantastic, nothing was a bother. On the night the manager and staff were incredible and everything flowed to perfection. We received amazing feedback from our guests, not only about the venue ,but also the food. A first class wedding venue ! The location was brilliant with amazing view of water and luxury boats. The foods were fresh and well presented. The service was very attentive and efficient. The place was spacious to hold 120 people comfortably plus a band and a special ice cream van that the host arranged for. All in all, amazing night with beautiful memory for wedded couple, family and the friends - Highly recommended !

The venue has a waterfront location with spectacular views of Middle Harbour. In addition to the aesthetically gorgeous venue and its location, my wife and I had the added pleasure of working with Kareena and Adrianna leading up to and for several days after our son’s wedding.These two ladies were truly amazing. They went above and beyond to assist us and were always available to answer any questions by phone or email. Their attention to detail, friendly disposition and incredible customer service skills ensured that the wedding was a resounding success. We received so many positive comments about the amazing venue and its location, wonderful service and delicious food. We highly recommend Orso Bayside to those of you who are looking for a venue with that ‘wow’ factor.
