Craig from Drain that pain was great, very professional and so understanding and caring. He didn’t rush me and cared so much about how I was feeling, he always checked up on me to make sure I was feeling ok after our session.
My experience was AMAZING. I walked in with crippling anxiety and Craig managed to release a lot of negative energy and helped me to feel happy and confident.
If you’re fed up feeling a certain way and you’re ready to change, I would 100% recommend Craig. I am so grateful to have met him and will continue to use his services when needed.

Craig was fantastic he has given me a new start on life. I feel so more relaxed and at ease now. I have also started eating smaller meals I am drinking a lot more water as well his drink bottle is fantastic as it reminds me how to look after my self with the things he has taught me along the way. Craig is an excellent practitioner, who I would highly recommend!!!
Recent life events found me struggling with bad anxiety and excessive drinking to calm myself.

After 4 hypnotherapy sessions I am feeling- and looking - sooo much better!

Craig has a lovely approach and he listens. In addition to our sessions, he has sent multiple YouTube meditations which are excellent! Great way to start and finish the day.

Craig is a fantastic therapist. He was friendly, communicative and understanding and checked in on how I was doing throughout the process. After a few sessions, I feel liked my life has changed and that my ongoing issues with social anxiety and panic have been resolved. Highly recommend.
