*SCAM!!* DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Also do not use Complete Removalists Camden as it is also a fake company listed under the ABN of One Force. Melissa Rubio (owner of these fake businesses if you can even call them a business) is a ‘Con-Woman’. Takes customers money and then you never hear from them again. We tried getting our money back through Fair Trading and now having to go through the Tribunal/NCAT. She refused any form of contact no matter who you are. Next stop is making a second police report and this time having the Police further involved! How on earth do you live with yourself, Melissa?! If I could give this review a negative 1000 stars I would!

Unprofessional is an understatement! I wish I could give 0 stars. Quote from MELISSA RUBIO - MANAGING DIRECTOR to me: “I know you are blonde but surely you can’t be that ignorant”. One Force has proven time and time again that not only do they NOT provide the service and reliability they ramble on about in their sales pitch, but they couldn’t care less about their paying customers. Freight Assist Australia has been trying to contact One Force for about a week - they don’t answer any of their phones or return phone calls. Needless to say they have no idea how to provide customer service. They run their business using lies and when it doesn’t work in their favour, they throw around insults and threats. Extremely glad we are no longer dealing with this company! Would highly recommend to stay away from One Force Solutions.

Unprofessional and appalling service from a recruitment business. The way they speak to you is disgusting. I would HIGHLY not recommend anyone to engage their services. They do not communicate; they provide false information and lies to win business. They associated themselves with Hannah's Haulage on their website and sales pitch, and we found this to be completely inaccurate, falsely selling your services to Freight Assist Australia. Complete lies, Hannah’s haulage website also stipulates no association because they refuse to remove it.

Have been trying to get payment for an employee for a month and Melissa is uncontactable! Bad form One Force! While the workers are good, management seems to be unapproachable and never available to speak about problems within the company.
