I had the worst experience at Officeworks West Ryde (not the first time). The customer service was abysmal—staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. Despite several attempts to get assistance, I was either ignored or met with indifference. It’s clear there’s a severe lack of training and professionalism at this location.
I’ve visited other Officeworks stores with no issues, but this branch is an exception. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I’ll be avoiding this store in the future and recommending others do the same until their service drastically improves.

Decided to get back into the Kindle. I was surprised by the price ranges of the various Kindle systems and models. As I am but a poor lover I went for the cheapest I could find and ordered online through Officeworks West Ryde as I have bought multiple electronics and stationary from Officeworks. I have always had great customer services and friendly quick efficient service. I think the Kindle cost me $179.00 which was about $5-$10 cheaper than other electronic franchises near me. I ordered overnight and all communication was swift and direct. Drive from Top Ryde over to West Ryde and luckily Officeworks was on my side of Victoria Road. However parking was a pain in the butz as you have to turn left into an alternative street before the service station because once you pass that last left you are trapped to either turn left or right onto Victoria Road. Hermitage Street is extremely busy and congested as AF. So make sure you park away from the store. Anyway great order and online pick up. Friendly staff who got down to business pronto. If you are addicted to stationary you can spend hours beaming at the huge range of stationary items. Intoxicating stationary experience.

Went to print a document but needed some help from staff. Even asking for several times and the staff didn’t even help. They kept on ignoring and of no help. It is clearly evident that there is lack of training and professionalism at this location. Waited for more than 30 minutes for a single print out.

Never ever go again. Ordered phone and case and screen protection film during blackFriday sale. Didn't receive items for 3 weeks. Whenever I called call center they said it would be delivered soon. Eventually, they delivered case and screen protection. When I called the service center, they said they would escalate the case. Next day they cancelled my order. . Black Friday sale price is no longer valid. So I have phone case and screen protection film without phone. I had to go to shop for a return. Refund money didn't come through my bank account for 20days. I visited shop and they said nothing they can do. I called the horrible call center again and they said it's bank problem. Officeworks customer service is horrible. Will Never buy anything from Officeworks

The absolute worst Officeworks!! Every time I come here thinking it’s going to be better, it never is. Not enough printers and there is always one out of order, with a minimum 15 minute wait to use the ones that are working. Don’t waste your time, go straight to the Officeworks on Epping Road instead.

Inefficient customer service ( pretty slow with more staff). They pushed me to go north ryde branch for printing when I asked them to print an image on a A4 tracing paper I have collected as a click and collect from them. I always have a headache when I go there.

It’s on us for not reading reviews first before coming here, but could not have imagined it being this bad! I asked for a A5 brochure to be blown up and printed on A2 paper and they actually printed it on the A2 paper but the printed section remained at A5 size. When I asked for it to be reprinted, it took 50min (yes, 50!) before I asked for the last time how much longer it would be. I ended up leaving. What a waste of time. The attitude from the man was dismissive and ignorant, more interested in having a laugh with coworkers than show any professionalism, appreciation for customers’ business or a sense of urgency. What a joke.
